What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), company, website, and the project details you share with us. We store these in our CRM to respond to your inquiry.
Free tools
The AI visibility check stores the business name, trade, and city you enter, the answers it gets back, and a one-way hash of your IP address so we can apply the daily limit. Only the trade and city go to the AI providers that answer the question (Anthropic and Google); your business name is matched against their answers on our side. The Google Business Profile audit and the site audit store what you submit so a person can review it and reply.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run this site and reply to you: hosting, a database, email delivery, spam protection on forms, and the AI providers named above. They process data on our behalf to provide those services, not for their own marketing.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry and deliver services if we enter an engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties.
Cookies + analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. These tools use cookies. You can block them via your browser settings without losing site functionality.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained in our CRM indefinitely unless you request deletion. Email hello@frenchpresslabs.com to request removal.
Your rights
Under CCPA (California), GDPR (EU), and similar laws, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at hello@frenchpresslabs.com.
